Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must obtain General Lines Property and Casualty license within 45 days of employment.
Typing ability of at least 45 WPM with ≤5% error rate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous service to members and insureds in person, by phone, or electronically.
Assist in promoting County Farm Bureau activities and support Board duties.
Prepare for the General Lines Property and Casualty license exam.
Collaborate with colleagues and cross-train as needed for daily tasks.
Assist members with membership applications and renewal processing.
