Customer Care Pharmacy Specialist Part-Time (Off-Site Location)

Skills/Experience Required: Processes new patient registration by entering data into the appropriate system. Introduces Larkin Outpatient Pharmacy Services to patients as needed. Makes outbound calls to patients to address questions and concerns via telephone. Performs clerical functions supporting quality pharmacy services. Coordinates patient care with medical and pharmacy staff. Offers courteous, compassionate, and reliable service to all patients. Identifies and communicates issues to the Pharmacy Supervisor. Represents the organization professionally. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • State Pharmacy Technician license (Florida) required
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic PC skills (e.g., using programs, internet access)
  • Extended standing or walking required
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
