Job summary

Raymond West seeks a results-driven Customer Service Care Manager to lead a team of CCMs and elevate service across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with District Service Managers and Sales Account Managers to address customer needs, analyze performance data, and drive sales of products and maintenance services.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in customer service or client-facing roles.
Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably leading a customer service or support team.
Experience with CRM and service metrics reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Customer Care Managers; recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews.
Collaborate with District Service Managers and Sales Account Managers to address customer needs.
Analyze service performance reports and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oversee commission-based compensation and ensure adherence to company policies.
