Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Scheduling/Dispatch Associate to coordinate rehab and aftersales deliveries. You will schedule appointments, enter updates into tracking systems, and work with clients and referral sources to optimize availability.

Responsibilities

• Schedules Rehab and Aftermarket deliveries and coordinates timely provision of services.

• Responds to inquiries to increase customer satisfaction and shorten turnaround times.
• Resolves issues without transfers and de-escalates customers when possible.

Pay Range: $20.73 to $26.94. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. JOB PURPOSE:

Schedules deliveries and coordinates thetimelyprovision of services for Rehab andAftersaleorder types.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistscustomers, referralsourcesand Numotion team members with Rehab andAftersaledelivery scheduling,entersandmaintainsaccuratedata in all applicable order tracking systems.

• Communicates with clients and referral sources to find the optimal or recommended scheduling availability for their appointment.

• Enters updates into all applicable order tracking systems, ensuring all efforts are made tooptimizeATP and seating technician schedules.

• Responds to customer and referral source inquiries and requestsin a timely mannerworking with other staff members to increase customer satisfaction and turnaround times.

• Takesresponsibility to completely resolve issues withoutadditionaltransfers and/or de-escalatecustomers whenever possible.

• Meets all set productivity and performance standards.

• Participates in Rehab initiatives to continuously improve department results.

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS,AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Minimum one year of customer service experience or dispatching/routing experience.
