The Job

As a Full-Time Customer Care Coordinator, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming voice and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00 an hour

Work Environment

  • Currently, this is a work-from-home position that requires you to live in the state of Mississippi, within 50 miles of the property.
  • You must have a distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection with a minimum of 300 Mbps bandwidth.
  • Occasional in-person meetings may be required at the office or other locations.

The Day-to-day

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls to assist guests with booking reservations for hotel, restaurant, entertainment, and special events.
  • Greet callers, establish rapport, and project a professional tone and guest service standards.
  • Identify customer needs, answer questions, and problem-solve; upsell opportunities when appropriate, always attempt cross-sell in cases when a specific request cannot be met.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excels under pressure and meets challenges head-on.
  • Holds a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Describes themselves as detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Exhibits 1+ years of similar experience in a call center or customer service position.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in performing fundamental tasks on a computer.
