The CustomerCare Coordinator buildsHomeowner trust by coordinating varioushome repair items reliably, courteously, andprofessionally. The successful candidate will be proactive, results-driven, andflexible, able to think quickly and be comfortable navigating difficult conversations pleasantly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CustomerCare Team to coordinate home repair servicefor all Garman companies.
• Serve as the contactfor Customer Care Requests and Homeowner concerns,building and maintaining trustand rapport with each Homeowner.
• Coordinateall Work Orders, ensuring that they are completed in a timelymanner.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to diffuse emotional situations with empathyand discretion
• Strong organizational skills
• High schooldegree or equivalent required
• A minimumof three years of administrative experience; construction-related experience is preferred but notrequired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Officewith the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.Experience in Punchlist ManagerSoftware a plus.

This is a full-time position (40-hours/week,Monday-Friday).
