Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer and patient service, mainly via telephonic support.

The role involves assisting patrons, educating clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations while leading in-store interactions and product recommendations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a call center, strong computer and language skills, and preferably Spanish; it may require local travel and a commitment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission and values with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and direct inquiries.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and recommend products based on research.
• Explain patient/membership benefits, discounts, and promotions.
• Follow product handling procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves and supplies.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

The Customer Care Coordinator is primarily responsible for aiding patrons and patients, telephonically. The Customer Care Coordinator conducts day-to-day customer phone support while adhering to company policy and industry regulations. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the cannabis industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
• Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available
• Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests
• Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
• Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
• Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
• All other job duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
• Frequently sitting
• Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl

$18 - $18 an hour
