Job summary

Jushi is seeking a Customer Care Consultant in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer and patient service while educating clients. The role focuses on telephonic support, in-store tours, product recommendations, and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (GED), may hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree, and possess strong computer, language and reasoning skills, with Spanish as a plus. Local travel may be required.

• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multitasking skills over the phone.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions and concerns.
• Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available.
• Retain thorough knowledge of patient/member benefits, discounts and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
• Abide by product handling procedures, including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Operate cash register, POS system, and cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• All other job duties as assigned.

The Customer Care Consultant is primarily responsible for aiding patrons and patients, telephonically. The Customer Care Consultant conducts day-to-day customer phone support while adhering to company policy and industry regulations. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the cannabis industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
• Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available
• Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests
• Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store by stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
• Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
• Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
• All other job duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
• Frequently sitting
• Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
