Our Cincinnati Customer Care Center is currently seeking an account manager to handle policies serviced by the center on behalf of our independent agents. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

Many departments at our Headquarters offer hybrid work options, enabling associates to work from home several days a week, depending on role and responsibilities.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on performance.

Be ready to:
  • Act as the primary contact for policyholders and agencies
  • Resolve challenges creatively to provide superior customer service
  • Manage tasks effectively using time management and organizational skills
  • Explain coverage gaps and exposures clearly to insureds
  • Underwrite and price policies, including direct communication with policyholders
  • Use technology to analyze reports for profitability and pricing
  • Maintain quality and efficiency of work
  • Manage an assigned territory and volume
  • Meet high demand within service standards while maintaining accuracy
  • Assist in training new associates as needed
Be equipped with:
  • Experience with underwriting and risk selection
  • Valid Insurance Agent P&C License
  • Ability to analyze situations and make decisions
  • Skill to explain complex insurance issues simply
  • Knowledge of coverage forms and company products
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with software and operating systems
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills
Bring education and experience from:
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Maintain license through continuing education as required
