Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years of experience in technology enablement, training, or related fields.
Experience creating training materials, job aids, and digital learning content.
Experience with customer care, retail/e-commerce, or CRM platforms is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

Develop training materials, job aids, FAQs and release resources for technology changes.
Create audience-appropriate communications for technology releases and pilots.
Plan and execute readiness activities across release lifecycles.
Collaborate with Process, Training, Communications and Quality partners for enablement.
Support and facilitate learning sessions and demonstrations for staff and leaders.
