Customer Care Role:

Customer care is vital to our business. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring an excellent ihateironing experience. The role involves acting as a liaison between customers, drivers, and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of customer care experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well-organized and punctual
  • Reliable team player
  • Skilled in multitasking and time management
  • Honest and professional
  • Willing to work hard and on weekends when needed
  • Comfortable handling 50+ calls daily
  • Proficient in addressing issues and complaints
  • Ability to think independently and proactively
  • Coordinate with dry cleaners and drivers to maintain service quality
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with every other weekend required.
