Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our busy call-center environment in Greenville, SC. You will handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and help resolve concerns with courtesy and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has prior call-center or financial-services experience, a High School Diploma or GED, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to quality service.
