Indrio Brands, LLC is hiring a Seasonal Remote Customer Care Agent to support Pittman & Davis and Hale Groves. The role requires Texas residency, a quiet home office, and reliable internet to handle orders and product questions from a home workspace.

The position starts November 3, 2026, with equipment provided and four days of paid remote training. Weekend shifts are required during the peak season; candidates must be able to pick up equipment in Harlingen, TX.

Qualifications

• Must live in Texas and be able to travel to headquarters to pick up equipment
• Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum)

Seasonal Remote Customer Care Agent

Location:Remote (Equipment pickup required in Harlingen, TX)

Pay Rate: $11.00/hour

Target Start Date: November 3, 2026

We are excited to expand our team with passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our remote contact center supporting Pittman & Davis and Hale Groves– two beloved specialty food and gift brands that bring joy to customers across the country every season.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers by placing orders and answering product questions
• Maintain a calm, professional tone and deliver excellent service from your home workspace
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience
