American Power & Gas is hiring a Customer Care Agent to join our onsite team. This role focuses on helping residential and small commercial customers with energy solutions over the phone in a call center setting.

No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will develop skills in customer care and inside sales while supporting a fast-paced environment and weekday schedules.

Job Title: Customer Care Agent

Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level, Mid-Level, Experienced

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per week (Base + Commission)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (No weekends!)

This is an onsite position only.
