As an intern at GF, you’ll experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives. **Summary of Role:** The Customer Business Manager Intern role is part of the extended foundry sales team responsible for sales and client support from pre-order to order fulfillment through invoice in achievement of customer satisfaction. This internship is located in Austin, Texas and provides exposure to customer engagement, forecast management, business operations, fulfillment processes, and strategic sales support. **Essential Responsibilities include:** * Oversee day-to-day operations related to forecast, order, and revenue fulfillment while supporting forecast accuracy through alignment with Sales.* Analyze forecast versus actual revenue performance and backlog attainment metrics.* Act as a liaison with clients and manufacturing sites to support on-time order fulfillment from purchase order to cash collection.* Manage customer product lifecycle activities from production through end-of-life planning.* Provide sales support through reporting, business analysis, pricing support, and participation in QBRs and customer meetings.* Lead account team meetings, manage agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items and projects.**Other Responsibilities:** * Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.**Required Qualifications:** * Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.* Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.* Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.* Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.**Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior related internship or co-op experience.* Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.* Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.* Project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Strong planning and organizational skills.* Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.* Experience with Power BI and business analytics tools.#InternshipProgramUS **Expected Salary Range** $20.00 - $40.00**Expected Salary Range**$0.00 - $0.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at [e-mail] and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
