Title: Customer Business Manager - Infinity Contractors

Location: DFW Airport

Under general direction, manages the overall business results for their assigned team(s), including revenue, gross margin, and asset management. Manages resources to maximize customer satisfaction, improve productivity, and profitability. Effectively recruits, develops, and retains employees. Ensures operational excellence, contract growth, and additional business opportunities.

  1. Responsible for delivering budgeted GM and OI targets for maintenance-based business.
  2. Responsible for weekly review of cost codes to ensure proper job costing.
  3. Collaborates with Facilities Managers and accounting to meet budgets and review costs.
  4. Manages expenditures, budgets, and performs monthly reviews and forecasts.
  5. Customer Relations:
  6. Maintains high-level relations and manages contractual obligations to ensure conformity.
  7. Responsible for renewing existing contracts.
  8. Personnel:
  9. Coordinates training plans and goals for team members, with quarterly reviews.
  10. Develops team skills in mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
  11. Conducts annual staff reviews, monitors goals, and ensures objectives are met.
  12. Collaborates with Facilities Managers on staffing and budgets.
  13. Communicates expectations and results; resolves conflicts and grievances.
  14. Works to minimize employee turnover and assists in hiring processes.
  15. Marketing:
  16. Supports business development and proposal efforts.
  17. Develops estimates, budgets, and implementation plans for new opportunities.
  18. Operations and Strategic Planning:
  19. Leads continuous improvement initiatives in safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality.
  20. Reviews safety procedures for compliance.
  21. Monitors project budgets, forecasts, timelines, and staffing weekly.
Position Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years in supervisory role in Facilities Management Services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and various CMMS programs.
  • Experience building project budgets from scratch; knowledgeable in accounting, invoicing, and math principles.
  • Strategic planning and business growth experience.
  • Construction and MEP coordination experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of code compliance for large commercial facilities.
  • Effective communicator capable of reading blueprints and OEM manuals.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience in contract administration and scope management.
