Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per service standards.
• Identify needs and expand relationships by making referrals.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle stop payments, wires, and maintenance.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers with clarity and courtesy.
• Resolve problems and complaints while directing to appropriate sources as needed.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts; balance daily.
