Job summary

Citi in Boynton Beach, FL seeks an entry-level Personal Banker to support sales and service activities with the customer service team. You will help grow relationships with individual consumer clients and assist in cross-selling treasury and related small business products.

Responsibilities include handling calls, assisting in referral opportunities, and ensuring compliance with Citigroup policies while delivering strong client experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of relevant experience required or preferred.
Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in sales and service activities to foster customer relationships and loyalty.
Build referral opportunities via COIs and MGM program.
Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
Coach branch staff on products and programs and provide referrals.
