Job summary

Citibank is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act in West Palm Beach to assist in executing sales, products and services with the customer service team. You will help build loyalty, deepen relationships, and cross-sell treasury and small business products to individual clients.

You will also coach branch staff, educate clients on service channels, and ensure compliance with Citi policies while delivering a remarkable client experience through outbound and inbound calls.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Banking, retail, or sales background preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities; cross-sell treasury and small business products.
• Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and MGM program.
• Develop strategies to grow small business clients and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Deliver client services via outbound and inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships through cross-sell of products and services.
• Provide coaching to Tellers and branch staff on products and programs; identify client needs and refer appropriately.
• Recognize client transaction needs, educate on service channels and leverage digital tools to present financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures and manage risk with transparency.
