Job summary

You will educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital tools while handling account information and service requests. Responsibilities include originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and managing branch operations.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act 2008 and Reg Z, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Less than four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to understand and meet their banking needs.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and financial services and explain available products and digital tools.
• Originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and handling branch-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate processing of customer and account information.
