Job summary

Google Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Customer and Product Solutions Engineer, GenAI to help partners adopt Gemini APIs and GenAI capabilities across our product ecosystem.

You will collaborate with engineering and product management to translate partner feedback into features, guide startups deploying GenAI tools, and design internal support solutions powered by Gemini offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or related field.
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.
• Experience working with Generative AI models and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Enable developers, creators, and enterprises to effectively build on and leverage Google DeepMind Gen AI products and Gemini APIs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to shape future product roadmaps, translating partner feedback into actionable features.
• Act as a product expert to guide, troubleshoot, and help AI startups launch successfully using Gemini models, APIs, and tools.
• Design, build, and maintain internal support solutions powered by Agentic toolkits and Gemini Gen AI offerings.
• Stay at the forefront of rapid advancements in generative AI, sharing critical technical insights with internal teams and external partners.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
