Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager with active TS/SCI security clearance to plan, execute, and close high‑impact IT projects for government customers. You will develop objectives, manage constraints, and coordinate stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and risks.

Responsibilities include ensuring teams know their roles, meeting production schedules, and resolving production-related problems while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with DoD/IC requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (preferred) OR TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
• Master's degree and minimum 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, totaling 13 years.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management across organizational and intra-IC boundaries.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; DoD and IC experience desired.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives. * Creates clear and attainable project objectives, builds project requirements, and manages constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality. * Develops the overall project plan and manages project operations. Manages the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.

• Coordinate resolution of production-related problems. Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

DoD and IC experience desired. * Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. * Strong customer service skills. * Excellent creative problem-solving skills. Salary Range: $135k - $155k The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.

For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
