What is your role?

As a Customer Advocate, you’ll be responsible for the overall experience, providing wireless and entertainment solutions to our in-store and at-home guests.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Identify ways to increase sales to meet monthly goals individually and as a team
  • Welcome all guests professionally and friendly both in-store, on the phone, and in the field
  • Provide excellent guest experience — recommend appropriate products and AT&T solutions
  • Develop and maintain community business relationships
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote new business
  • Support retail merchandising, inventory, and cashier duties
  • Interact with integrity and respect with guests and co-workers
  • Troubleshoot wireless products through Service & Repair procedures
  • Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year/associate’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and positive attitude
  • Basic math, internet, and technology skills
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, restaurant, or service industry preferred
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and good driving record
  • Pass background check; provide excellent references
  • Position involves sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and light to moderate lifting
