About The Job

The Customer Administrative Sales Specialist makes outbound sales contacts and pursues leads to develop a customer portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound sales contacts, including cold calling, and pursuing leads
  • Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and documentation
  • Identifying and qualifying prospects, recording activity in Salesforce
  • Representing assigned product lines, possibly overlapping territories
  • Working within specific sales processes with limited complexity
  • Informing customers about new products and prices
  • Communicating with the Sales Director and Team Lead
  • Understanding and demonstrating Accurint platform and discussing pricing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of key business drivers
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-motivated and independent work ethic
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and internal systems
  • Clear communication of technical information
  • Persuasion skills in standard situations
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Physical/logical access to criminal justice information is essential. Candidates must pass background checks, including CJIS compliance, to perform this role. Failure to maintain CJIS compliance may lead to reassignment or termination.
