Aaron's, LLC is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to engage with customers, drive payment collections, and ensure satisfaction with our products. The role involves relationship building, multitasking, and requires effective communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a preference for customer service and possess a valid driver's license.
The hourly range for this position is $13.25 to $14.00. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Customer Accounts Advisor
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one step closer to ownership.

Customer Account Advisors can connect and relate well to people, demonstrate empathy, listen attentively, explain things simply and easily, and successfully navigate difficult conversations. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills are necessary.
