Job summary

Wolter, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our Brookfield, WI team. This full-time clerical role focuses on creating and maintaining customer accounts, verifying addresses for accuracy, and handling invoicing communications.

You'll work closely with customers to resolve details and maintain data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Review customer credit and assign credit limits.
• Update open orders based on changes to existing customer accounts.
• Assist with requests for ACH/Wire payments and invoices.
