The Customer Account Specialist is responsible for managing the company's relationships with specific customers, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively. This position requires experience in customer care, supply chain, or logistics, with an ability to resolve complex issues independently.
This role requires on-site presence three days a week in Pasadena, CA. During training, full on-site attendance is mandatory.
The expected salary range is $85,000-$90,000, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Additional incentives such as bonuses or commissions may apply, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
