Position Overview:


The Customer Account Representative will provide an excellent customer experience for all internal and external customers. This position has an assigned sales region within North America and ultimately is responsible for processing orders for our customers.


Responsibilities:



  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about Artivion's services, products, and ordering processes.

  • Receive and process orders from customers via multiple platforms, including but not limited to phone, email, CRM system, GHX system, i-Docs system, etc.

  • Process both consignment and direct purchases of medical devices, as well as tissue requests accurately and timely via established ERP system (currently SAP).

  • Initiate customer returns and credits and assist the sales team in resolving account issues.

  • Create new customer accounts, maintain existing accounts, and implement changes to accounts in Artivion's systems.

  • Ensure all backorders are maintained and updated as needed, oftentimes daily.

  • Process as needed listing and exclusion requests and route for approval in order to be able to process certain orders.

  • Assist sales reps / process cycle counts, and work with all cross functional departments as needed to ensure completion on schedule.

  • Provide assistance to management for third party auditor investigations and reporting needs.

  • Provide assistance to management for tracking and oversight of special projects/processes involving Artivion's products and services, such as Selection Shipments of AAPs.

  • Provide assistance to management for supporting the sales team in expiry management of consignment inventory in the field.





Qualifications:



  • HS Diploma required; college degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Able to participate in the Customer Service on-call rotation which requires working during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.
