Responsibilities

• Supports the order fulfillment process in alignment with Composites One's core values, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teammates.
• Assist as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and effective troubleshooting throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Supports the integrity of pricing by maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date customer pricing information in the ERP system.
• Develops and applies knowledge of products, quality, and processes including QMS and SOPs to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the order fulfillment process in alignment with Composites One's core values, building and maintaining positive, effective relationships with both external customers and internal Team Members.
• Assist as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and effective troubleshooting throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Supports the integrity of the pricing process by maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date customer pricing information in the ERP system.
• Develops and applies foundational products, quality and process knowledge including adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to develop solutions and support the sales process.

Expected Skills And Qualifications

• Related experience in a business-to-business customer service, account coordination, order management, or distribution center role (non-retail and non-call center) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience working in a Windows environment
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 10%
