Customer Account Representative

The Customer Account Rep is an entry-level role responsible for handling customer-related issues of limited complexity, performing administrative tasks, and supporting the department's objectives. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the customer experience, including inquiries, issue resolution, and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily customer experience tasks such as calls, order processing, delivery updates, claims, and purchase orders.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  3. Proactively resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  4. Coordinate communication between customers and associates.
  5. Serve as a resource for customer experience support to other team members.
  6. Assist with warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  8. Provide basic analysis and apply standard procedures to solve problems.
  9. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of discipline theories, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
