Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years in a B2B customer service, account management, or customer support role.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferred: SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environment is a plus.

Customer Account Analyst III

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time

Salary Range: $48,000 - $58,000 annually

About the Role

Sun Chemical is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Account Analyst III to join our North America Customer Services team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, accurate order management, and effective issue resolution.

The Customer Account Analyst III partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Logistics to meet customer needs and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and provide exceptional day-to-day support.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
• Monitor customer orders, shipments, and related data to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, changes, and service inquiries.
• Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to resolve them before they impact the customer.
• Escalate concerns appropriately and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution.
• Handle customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and cross-functional business partners.
• Follow established processes and procedures to manage exceptions and unique customer requests.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) customer service, account management, or customer support environment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred:

• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environment.
