Sun Chemical is seeking a Customer Account Analyst II to serve as a trusted partner to our customers and internal teams. In this fully remote role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive exceptional service experiences, and play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a customer service, account management, order management, or business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for customer needs.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional business partners.
• Communicate proactively regarding order status, shipment updates, product availability, and other customer inquiries.
• Monitor open orders, shipments, and account activity to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential issues before they become problems and work collaboratively to resolve them.
• Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Follow established processes and procedures to effectively manage exceptions and special requests.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service levels.

What You’ll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or distribution environment.
