Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Assembler to support the build and integration of large-scale industrial extraction and processing systems in Auburn Hills, MI. This hands-on role combines mechanical assembly, wiring, and system integration within a project-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include assembling frames, piping, vessels, and process equipment, wiring control panels per schematics, and collaborating with engineering and controls teams.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with basic hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices.
• Experience building and wiring electrical control panels or related components.
• High attention to quality, safety, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large custom extraction systems, including frames, piping, vessels, and process equipment.
• Build and wire control panels, conduit, and harnesses per schematics.
• Integrate automation components such as sensors, motors, and PLC interfaces.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and startup preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
