Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Custom Strut Production Worker role in Eugene. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and precise manufacturing of custom struts.
• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of strut components, adhering to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished struts to ensure consistency and structural integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA regulations).
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Accurately document production processes, material usage, and quality control data.
• Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and workstations.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or metalworking is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality components.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work swing shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards or quality control processes is a plus, but training will be provided.
