You lay out bend lines, add tabs and relief cuts, and account for bend allowances. The shear hums, the turret punch cycles, and the press brake forms each component exactly to spec. Pieces come together at the bench with rivets, screws, and self‑clinching fasteners to a visible‑finish standard. Along the way, you verify dimensions, document first‑piece checks, and pause work to address anything out of normal—because getting it right the first time matters.Throughout the week, you rotate across work centers—turret punch, brakes, folders, and shears—sharpening your craft through structured training and cross‑development.
