Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom reports based on customer requirements using various reporting tools
• Create project scopes with accurate data, cost, and time estimates
• Validate reports for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet customer needs
• Plan and coordinate online training classes for clients and manage revenue forecasts for these offerings
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain reporting rules and calculations

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of data reporting experience
• Experience in writing MS SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Strong critical thinking and consultative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
