Responsibilities
  • Develop custom reports for customers using system tools and high-level language tools
  • Interact with customers to gather requirements and ensure reports meet their needs
  • Create and validate reports while suggesting improvements to style and technical requirements
  • Manage revenue forecasts for training offerings and custom reporting
  • Plan and coordinate training classes for clients, including potential travel to customer sites
Qualifications
  • An Associate\'s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of data reporting experience
  • Experience in writing MS SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Strong critical thinking and consultative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in EMS or healthcare reporting or analyst roles
  • Strong query optimization and troubleshooting techniques
  • High degree of personal motivation, initiative, and flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work with various departments within a company
