Interface in LaGrange, Georgia, is seeking a Custom Project Designer to deliver custom design solutions for flooring. This role involves translating customer requirements into manufacturable specifications and collaborating with various teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of design experience. A hybrid work schedule is available, requiring at least three days in the office with two days of optional remote work.

The Custom Project Designer executes custom design solutions by adapting standard product constructions and colorways to meet customer requirements. This role translates design intent into accurate, manufacturable specifications while supporting project delivery across the Custom Design team. The position focuses on developing technical proficiency, delivering high-quality outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between design intent and production capabilities, as well as supporting customer engagement through accurate execution, responsiveness, and collaboration under guidance.
