Responsibilities

• Serve as a Resource - demonstrate competence in knowledge, skills and behaviors; communicate with team members and share knowledge to support growth; stay updated on key systems.
• Perform experiments and record data - follow research protocol; maintain accurate records; analyze data; design and execute daily lab experiments; reproduce and evaluate techniques.
• Customer Service - maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; respond to requests quickly; understand and meet needs; relay relevant information to others.
• Lab Administration - troubleshoot equipment, maintain inventory, operate standard lab equipment, ensure safety checks, and assist in daily operations of the lab.

Education
