Custom and high-end motorhome paint and body shop looking for an ambitious and motivated team member willing to learn what it takes. Job duties will vary, providing ample opportunity to learn and perfect the craft.

Compensation:

$60,000

Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Estimating Repair Work for correspondence with insurance companies and self-pay
• Customer Service
• Office Management (answering phones, greeting customers, ordering parts, organizing mail)
• Other reasonable duties as time and schedule permit

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience
• Basic Windows Office skills
• Mitchell Estimating software experience is a plus
• Motorhome paint or body work experience a plus; some consideration given for automobile (car/truck) custom repair work

Creative Coach is a family-owned custom paint design & body shop for Class A motorhomes in business for 30+ years in North Lakeland. We also do interior design repairs and customization. We are known for not cutting corners and expect our team members to uphold our quality and high standards. We are a small, tight-knit team working to get the job done. Looking for a team member to join and help with the office load and job estimation. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm.
