Job summary

Finest Fabrication is seeking a skilled Millwork Fabricator with cabinetry and architectural millwork experience. This growth-op role is not a management position, but the right candidate will take initiative and help move projects forward in the shop.

You will work with a tight-knit team on unique commercial interiors and hospitality pieces, collaborating to craft high-end millwork and cabinetry. Growth, craftsmanship, and teamwork are valued here.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Millwork Fabricator with a strong background in cabinetry and architectural millwork who is ready to grow within our team. This is not a management role, but we’re looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, contributes ideas, and can help keep projects moving in the shop.

• Fabricate and assemble custom millwork and cabinetry
• Read and interpret shop drawings accurately
