Goebel Fixture Company seeks a skilled Custom Metal Fabricator to join our Metal Shop. You will fabricate, assemble, and finish high-end fixtures for luxury brands, using TIG and laser welding on stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and mild steel, all while reading fabrication drawings and maintaining tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience reading fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding on multiple metals.
• Skilled in laser welding and quality craftsmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom metal fixtures to spec.
• TIG (GTAW) and laser welding on stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and mild steel.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and shop documents.
• Lay out, fit, form, and assemble parts with tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and project requirements.
• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, woodworking, finishing and production teams.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area and meet schedules.
