Sobieski Estate Mechanical Systems seeks a Hydronics Mechanic for our Custom Homes division in Newark, DE. This full-time role installs, maintains, and repairs hydronic heating and cooling systems, including boilers, radiant floors, snow-melt, and related piping tailored to luxury residential builds.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hydronics/HVAC, reads blueprints, and is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hydronics, plumbing, and/or HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, pumps, radiant heating, and piping.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair hydronic heating and cooling systems for custom homes.
• Work with boilers, radiant floor systems, snow-melt systems, and piping.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure precise installation.
• Maintain high quality workmanship on luxury residential builds.
