The Perillo Group is seeking a dedicated Custom Home Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site activities for custom home projects in the United States. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and suppliers, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read blueprints to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to premium quality

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Site Supervisor in custom home construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
