Build Custom Homes with a Team That Takes Pride in the Details

Covenant LLC is hiring an experienced Custom Home Carpenter to support high-end residential construction, renovation, and custom home projects across Essex County and the Greater Boston area.

This role is ideal for a carpenter who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in clean craftsmanship, and can contribute across multiple phases of residential construction, from framing to finish details. You will work with a respectful, organized team that values quality, professionalism, and care on every job site.

What You\'ll Do

• Perform residential carpentry work on custom homes, additions, and renovation projects
• Frame walls, roofs, openings, and structural components accurately
• Cut and install plywood, doors, windows, trim, and finish materials
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and elevations
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards
• Work professionally with supervisors, teammates, subcontractors, and clients
• Help guide apprentices and helpers when needed
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for the next phase of work
• Support a high standard of craftsmanship from start to finish
