Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Meridian, ID, is seeking a Store Associate to help customers find framing solutions and maintain an inviting, in-stock store. You will follow SOPs, support omni-channel processes, and assist with unloading trucks and stocking while keeping the environment safe and clutter-free.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and measuring skills and can operate framing equipment and a glass cutter. Retail experience and cash handling skills are a plus; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Embrace and execute personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and provide framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and assist with replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find products.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and truck unloading and stocking.
