The Michael's Companies is seeking a retail associate at our Bonita Springs/Estero, FL store. You will assist customers with framing solutions, manage orders, and maintain a clean, in-stock shopping environment.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, familiarity with framing equipment and glass cutters, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings. Prior retail experience is preferred to deliver excellent customer service.

Formación

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build customer relationships by helping them find framing solutions and products.
• Complete framing orders with accuracy and on time; maintain quality.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions to standard.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well merchandised; assist with replenishment and stocking.
• Support omni-channel processes and assist with truck unloads or stockroom duties.
