Job summary

The Michaels in Allen Park, MI is seeking a store associate to help customers find framing solutions and build relationships through friendly service. You will assist with framing orders, maintain merchandising, and support omni-channel processes to ensure a great shopping experience.

Applicants should have basic computer/measuring skills and retail experience. The role requires standing, lifting, and working nights/weekends as needed in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; execute policies.
• Deliver customer relationships while providing Custom Framing solutions and meet sales/production targets.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including replenishment.
