Job summary

Michaels LA-ORANGE, CA store seeks a Team Member to build customer relationships and create memorable framing solutions while helping customers find what they need. You will maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store and provide friendly service, operating the cash register and supporting omni-channel processes.

The role includes standing for long periods, lifting frames, and working nights/weekends. Total base pay range is $17.50–$20.60 per hour in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is required.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products/services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers select products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
