Job summary

The Michaels Companies at CIN-WEST CHESTER, OH is seeking a Store Associate to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions. You will help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a clean, well merchandised store environment.

You will follow SOPs, support safety programs, and assist with Omni-channel processes including cash handling. Responsibilities include completing framing orders with quality and on-time delivery, stocking, unloading trucks, and operating the cash

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Deliver customer service and help customers shop and find products; keep the store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Assist with framing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including stock rooms and replenishment.
• Support Omni-channel processes and participate in truck unloading and stocking to budget.
